Fritidshus i Wigton

“We had a lovely break despite some gloomy weather. The cottage was warm and cosy and easily big enough for 4 of us. The owners were friendly and helpful with great suggestions about what to do. If you want a quiet break away from crowds this was great. We did some great cycling routes and some lovely quiet walking. Some nice cafes in the village and we enjoyed a lovely evening in the local pub.”

“Our 4th stay in this excellently presented tower. We were extremely comfortable as usual. Nicolas ensures superb cleanliness a credit to her. Thank you again to the owners who corresponded to queries regarding key codes etc.We would have no hesitation highly recommending this very special holiday venue”

“Lovely quiet setting. Property was excellent with everything we needed. Lots of room for all of us. Would highly recommend”

“Very welcoming and well equipped for Pets and Humans alike. This was our second visit”

“Both families really enjoyed the stay at the barn owl. It was a great place to relax and chill out as a group. The barn was clean and had everything we required for the stay, Kelly was very accommodating and provided some local knowledge and guidance for the stay. We would stay again thanks”

“Fantastic stay was had and I would recommend this for everyone the only downfall was the bed was so very uncomfortable and if you turn over it made such a noise and the towel rack would not work, but this did not really affect our stay and we would stay again. Also the bistro next door was amazing 👏”

“Excellent place, furnished to a very high standard. Spotlessly clean ! Could not fault it. Sarah the owner is very friendly and welcoming. Silloth is a lovely town ,highly recommended.”

“This was the perfect, remote, peaceful getaway. The host was in communication right from the booking and went above and beyond to ensure our holiday was magical. Thoughtful little gifts for our children as it was Christmas and a pack to decorate for New Years. Just wonderful. The barn itself was clean, spacious and fitted with everything you could need. Located in a remote area on a bird reserve was perfect for star gazing and lots of walks. Go prepared with a shop and settle in! The nearest shop...
