“It was nice to have a kitchen and it was roomy, but only had full sized beds. Seemed small. ”

“Not impressive. Loud, long-term guests late into the night - sketchy, hanging out in one room with the door open. Poor housekeeping- old towel hanging within the shower curtain, built up dirt in the corner of the room. ”

“A guy tired to break my door down at 8AM. Staff claimed he was another guest and just couldn’t remember what room was his. It was insane. We had a shouting match through the door. The latch keeping him out. Said he was going to “cave my F***ing head in.” I call the front desk, they run him off. After the fact, front desk guy won’t budge form his story that the guy was a guest who simply couldn’t remember his room number. ”

“I picked this place because of decent reviews... Not sure if I got unlucky with my room, but it was bad. I walked in and saw that it wasn't the room I booked (no king bed), and that it was unkept and generally not very clean. I booked another room at a different hotel and never looked back. Didn't stay here, and wasn't offered a refund (in fairness it was a non-refundable booking, but under the circumstances I think a refund would have been fair). ”

“I booked a two-night stay here but checked out after the first night because the room was in unacceptable condition. When we arrived, the room clearly had not been cleaned. There was urine on the toilet, the pillowcases were dirty, and many surfaces looked like they had not been wiped down at all. The window was open with no screen, which made it feel unsafe and unsanitary. I actually had to go to the store and buy cleaning supplies just to make the room usable. “I had a very concerning experience during my recent stay. Upon opening the sofa bed in our room, I discovered bedbugs. After checking further, a chair in the room was heavily infested. One member of our party works in pest control and confirmed the issue immediately. I reported this to the front desk and requested someone come inspect the room, but staff refused. Due to the conditions, we did not stay in the room and were moved to another hotel. At that time, I was clearly told that I would...

“Room was too hot at arrival- had to call Maintenance. Temp fluctuated. Restaurant was convenient, good food but slow service. Prepaid for breakfast- could have been good but no entrees available- staff said someone had called in sick and they “were doing the best they can.” Still beat typical continental type breakfast of most hotels. Clean room, comfortable. Good location. Not sure if I would stay here again.”

“Trasig heltäckningsmatta på rummet som var dåligt dammsugen. Hittade skräp och ett örhänge på golvet. Ismaskinen var ur funktion. Trött och oengagerad personal. Fick inte påfyllt till kaffebryggaren/muggar dag 2. Fanns bara 4 skivor bröd till frukosten dag 2 fast vi var först på plats. Lyhörda rum. Annars var det ett tyst område.”

“Everything was looking good and was good until I woke up in the morning with my legs completely covered in bedbug bites. I’m not the one to report anything to authority if things are taken care of. Please, I can’t remember my room number but it was the second floor. Take care of the infestation before someone will report you to the health authorities”

“Love this place. Kids love it too. It's big and grand. Close to Walmart and target and all kinds of fast food. Also bass pro. You also get two complimentary drinks per adult every evening if your stay. Can't say enough good things.”
