Our Favorite Things About This Home:
White Wood is a 1 Bed/1 Bath 480 sqft home that sleeps 4 people, while Blue Spruce is a 2 Bedroom/1 Bath 600 sqft home that sleeps 5. Together this property sleeps 9 people! Enjoy either deck space or the new 4 person hot tub at Whitewood with your group as you experience the peace and tranquility of Sycamore Grove. Both homes have a wood burning fire pit right out front surrounded by nature! Hop in the car for a short drive to the epic Cloudland Canyon State Park, or to Downtown Chattanooga for some of the city's most popular attractions and eateries. Sycamore Grove is also located just minutes from The Venue at Wildwood and The Valley Venues wedding venues.

Home Layouts:
1. White Wood: As you enter the home, you will be greeted by an open-concept living area and kitchen with beautiful wooden beams and vaulted ceiling. The natural light pouring in through this home will amaze you! The kitchen is fully equipped for your stay and medium roast coffee will be provided. Just off the kitchen area is the laundry station as well as the entrance to the gorgeous full bathroom with a standing tiled shower. Next to the bathroom is the cozy bedroom with a King bed and modern canopy style bed frame, as well as a large screen TV. Double doors allow you to access the patio from this room and the living room sofa comfortably fold out into a queen size sofa bed.

2. Blue Spruce: As you enter the home, you will see warm furnishings and décor and an open living space with wooden tongue and groove vaulted ceiling. The kitchen is equipped with all of the major appliances and cooking utensils needed to make your stay easy and enjoyable, and medium roast coffee grounds will also be provided. The full bathroom has an exquisite standing tiled shower and beautiful vanity. The washer and dryer are also in the bathroom available for guest use as well. Just off the living space is the master bedroom with warm wooden furnishings, a cozy King canopy style bed and large screen TV. Adjacent to this room is a second bedroom that offers Queen bed with a loft style Twin bed for an extra cozy sleep space and a smart TV for you to enjoy! Double doors allow you to access the patio from this room.

Things to Know About This Property:
1. No pets are allowed in either home.
2. Maximum amount of parking per home is 3 cars.
3. There is a train that runs nearby the property so you may hear it periodically - there are white noise machines provided in every bedroom for your convenience.

HOT TUB: Please advise! Hot tub maintenance is very important and it's some thing that we take very seriously in between guest reservations. If the hot tub has to be dumped for sanitary and health safety reasons on a turnover day when the property is booked back to back, it may take 8-12 hours for it to reach high temps. We do the best we can to be proactive with this but ultimately it is out of our control to make the hot tub heat up faster. Health and safety for our guests is very important to us. We ask all of our guests that book to bring their own Hot Tub Towels.

Weather and Outages! Please note: There will be no refunds in the unlikely circumstance that there is a power outage during your stay or if the weather is not cooperating. We do not have any control over the weather or outages caused by nature! We highly suggest you purchase travel insurance to be preventative in case something happens and you need to cancel.
