“Our group of 3 stayed at the Tranquility house for 5 nights. Overall, a great house close to Tropic of Cancer beach. There’s a little beach bar shack at the beach (Brea’s) that’s open starting around 11 am. We packed lunches and brought our bags to the beach each day with little trouble. “First time in Exuma, and this place was perfect for what GF and I needed. Location was great as a grocery store was right there, and pretty central on the island to get to all the beaches. Right on the water with a small sand beach area to yourself. Two kayaks were a nice surprise that we used on several locations. It had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. It is a little older and not perfect, but who cares with the low price we paid to be at a beautiful beach!?
