“This is our second time staying at the cove. We absolutely loved it. The properties were decorated for the Xmas holiday and there was even a beautiful fully decorated tree in our unit. Walk to so many restaurants so you can’t beat the convenience. Parking was easy and they have wagons available if you need help with luggage. We will definitely be back”

“The "houseboat" was wonderful. We could walk to everything, but at the same time felt like we were staying in our own quiet neighborhood. The Cove is a wonderful place. The staff was wonderful. The communication and instructions on where to park, check-in, check out were super clear. The Cove is just a quick walk to the Riverfront and all the amazing spots of Wilmington. We had an issue with one of the TVs not working (which didn't really matter to us) and the staff had it repaired the next...

“We throughly enjoyed our stay at Aquatic at the Cove. From the check in proceed to our departure everything went smoothly. We loved the location and accessible to DT restaurants & shops. The beds were comfortable & the host has thought of everything. We ate our meals out but the kitchen appeared well stocked. Aquatic at The Cove was the perfect base to return to in the evenings after exploring the city. We did a beach day and the drive was easy. So glad we found this gem! ”

“The property is great. However, access to the property needs to be changed. The access ramp to the propertyis hazardous, especially for seniors and should be replaced with a LIFT-ELEVATOR!!”
