“The property was cold and the device to set the temperature seemed to be out of battery. It was somewhat hard to find, and when we entered there was a vacuum cleaner sitting in the hallway. Parking can be hard to find, and the owners' emails seemed to be automatic and not responsive.”

“The property overall is high spec, clean and beautifully furnished. However a couple of things that let it down
The property was cold when we arrived. End of November and raining it was only 17 degrees inside. There heating switch was impossible to navigate to switch up and no matter what we did couldn’t. We found an electric heater which we used and made a big difference. Maybe more clarity on how to turn the heat up would be useful. The property was for three. There is not enough seating for...

“More a self catering flat than an hotel however We were happy with it. It is in the suburbs of St Helens a distance from the town centre. St Helens Junction train station is about 5 mins walk, and a good little cafe for breakfast less than 2 mins walk. The area was quiet at night and there are a couple of local shops equally close for such things as milk for drinks.We used it as a base to explore the area hence we only used the kettle and the wifi. Would be happy to use again.”

“I had at this modern detached bungalow.
The accommodation was clean tidy, and had everything you needed for a relaxing stay.
There is a lovely village a short walk away, and there is lots to do in the surrounding area. ”
