“We loved our stay at Little Brook Cottage. Perfectly located within the town of Windermere and walkable to shops, restaurants and sights. A little piece of home in The Lake District. ”

“Lovely quiet location. Great communication with host. All amenities and well stocked kitchen for basics, though we did bring our own. Toiletries provided if you didnt bring your own. Great BBQ and hot tub area, and more than enough wood to heat the hot tub.Lovely pub about 10 mins walk away with a great food menu.Parking for 3 cars easily.”

“I liked the availability of stair gates, as the steps were very steep. The house is in a walkable distance from the shops. Also handy to have a convenient store next door. I received a warm welcome with some treats (thank you very much). ”

“As in previous reviews, no internet connection. Strangely able to get netflix on both bedroom tv’s but not on the main one. Lovely living space & bed very comfortable. Good location on site and all areas of park dog friendly. Would return. Could possibly get better quality frying pans. Both warped when using. ”

“Ideal place for 2 couples. The accommodation has been recently renovated to a high standard. The kitchen was very well equipped. There was plentiful parking. We really enjoyed spending a night on the decking with views of Windermere. The key safe made it easy to check in & out.”
