“Overall: Nice rooms. Strong internet. Room service was efficient albeit a limited menu. Highlight: The Japanese self-flushing toilet. Hilton went all out on the commode and spared no expense. It’s top of the line, beats the WC at all 5-star hotels in SF and beyond. We just did a remodel and purchased a version but not with self-flushing option. It was just too precious. “In general a good hotel but the location close to a heavy trafficed road was no good. The traffic was disturbing at the room balcony. The room was well cleaned but the balcony was not. The information from the hotel tells there are 3 restaurants but only one of them was daily open for dinner and it was no good choice. The same restaurant was the only one serving breakfast but it hade a limited menu that didn’t suite us. In addition restaurants closed early. We hade to go downtown Napa to eat and...

The room and the view was breathtaking. The car service to and from wineries and restaurants was incredible. We will definitely be back. This is how all hotels should be.”
