âNeeded a place to stay for one night before hopping on a cruise to Alaska. Didnât know anything about this hotel but what a gem! Love how it is decorated and all the information about the artwork. The door knob wall in the lobby area was a pleasant surprise. The staff was really friendly and proactively asked us if we needed a ride to the cruise, which we did! A warning, though: There are zero power outlets. With four people staying in the room, and wanting to charge phones and watches, this was an issue. We had to unplug the TV and the lamp by the beds to have any access to power outlets.
Lots of drug zombies in the neighbourhood. Not the hotel's fault, obviously, but for some travellers this could be a relevant issue. â

âFrom check in to check out, everything was smooth, beautiful and clean. The staff working here are extremely nice and helpful. We got here way earlier than anticipated and really appreciated that they had a room ready for us after hours of travel. Love the refillable water stations. Great location, felt safe. Restaurant on site is beautiful and the staff was amazing as well (we only had drinks, but the menu looks awesome)! Rooms were very clean, quiet, updated and the bed was very comfortable!...
âThe valet at $55 a night did not always text me when the car was ready.
1st room had a plumbing issue and stains on the carpet.
2nd room stains on carpet.
Bath room small, underlit, no counter space, no exhaust fan. Room was so noisy was like no insulation. Sounded like a window was open even though it wasn't.
Missing a trim piece on a down light. I called for room to be cleaned one night and it did not happen.
I felt like the room was tolerable but not what I expected at this price point....
âSince I love livemusic this seemed like a hotel right up my ally and it was. Yes you can hear the sound from what ever concert is taking place in the venue downstairs but that did not really bother me. I loved the interior design and vibe of the place. It is in a good location with lots of sights within walking distance. I had a great time in Seattle and would definitely stay at The Crocodile again.â
