“The main house and the guesthouse need maintenence and it is obvious that a qualitypolicy do not excist. No gas grill, cracked plates and cups, missing kitchenware, there was no ”gym” at all, the remote controll for the TV set in the master bedroom was dead, the freezer/fridge was out of order, the handshower in the downstairs shower room did not work. A pile of black plasticbags containing garden waste was in the front yard during the whole stay, the tap in one of the basins in the restroom...

“I checked in after hours, it was extremely fast and efficient. Gentleman at the desk was informative and helpful. At some point during our stay the elevators went out, there was a woman checking in with her mother when I was in the lobby for separate reason. The person checking in was very rude to the young lady behind the desk, the employee handled it very very well. The customer was upset about the elevator and was unnecessarily rude to the employee.
