Helt ombyggd, nybyggd lägenhet omgiven av öppet utrymme med världsklassfiske på den brummande Fraser-floden bara några steg från ytterdörren. Bekvämt tillflykt till backar, helt nytt rekreationscenter och downtown Winter Park en kort promenad bort: Detta ljusa och rymliga 3 sovrum har stora fönster, en veranda med utsikt över floden, en jätte mossrock öppen spis, en 40-tums plattskärms-TV , och ett helt nytt kök med rostfria vitvaror.

Njut av alla nya (2016) apparater i rostfritt stål och hickory-skåp i köket (fullt utrustade med tallrikar, kokkärl, kryddor etc.), rymligt vardagsrum (komplett med brädspel och videor för barnen), nya läderbänkar och fjällstuga -stil inredning. GRATIS trådlös tillgänglig i enheten. Alla sängar är nya och bekväma.

Det är bara några steg från skidbussen Winter Park, och gångavstånd till biograf, bowlinghall, nattliv, restauranger (inklusive den berömda Hernando's Pizza Pub och The Peak Brewery) shopping och utomhus festivaler i stort. Ett nytt allaktivitetshus inom gångavstånd har full träna centrum, vattenrutschbana, simbassäng, bastu, bubbelpool, ångbastu etc. Sled hill och snöskor / vandring / mountainbike spår inom gångavstånd.

På sommaren, värd en grillfest på gräsbevuxen Creekside gräsmatta ut framför, eller ta en vandring eller cykeltur på den närliggande Fraser River Trail.

Det stora sovrummet har en drottning säng med plysch duntäcke och eget badrum med dusch. Den andra stora sovrummet har en queen bed. Tredje sovrummet har en våningssäng med dubbla på botten och tvilling på toppen.

Great place in central location

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was big enough to accommodate our family of 5 and allow for some kids to sleep in while others woke up early without disturbing them. The access to the pool and hot tub is nice and the location was great. The only small issues were the condo was really, really hot and even after turning the heat completely off and opening a few windows it remained that way, and one of the hot tubs at the rec center was not working and the pool was really cold which made for the other hot tub to be pretty crowded.

Great location and cozy condo

Everything was comfortable and clean. The space was warm. Access to the rec center was great with clean hot tubs and pool. Condo was close to bus to get to ski lifts. The only thing to note that wasn't ideal from a noise perspective is due to the age and acoustical planning of the space, if you stay in the master bedroom, you'll hear every bathroom on your floor and the floor above (toilet flushes and fans running).

Amazing place to stay.

This a very centralized beautiful property. Walking distance to almost everything in town. Our host was wonderful to communicate with and offered suggestions of places to go. I would absolutely recommend this unit and would stay there again.

Good ski condo

Nice condo, comfortable, very nice kitchen, nice view, good to have a real fireplace. Host was excellent and responsive. We were missing a few things and she got back to us right away. The rec center, which is quite new, with swimming pool and hot tubs, was good, but too far to walk in the sub-20 degree weather (parking nearby). There was a problem with the rec center door, and we couldn't get in for the first 1.5 days. The condo is a bit small, but it worked for three guys skiing. Note that the third bedroom has no window. We had an excellent stay!

Wonderful condo, beautiful location!

We enjoyed every minute of our stay at the creekside condo! Check in was seamless with detailed information and Lisa was wonderful to work with! The condo had everything we needed with updated kitchen and bathrooms. The beds were super comfy! The ski bus has a very convenient pick up right out front and we could walk to the store, restaurants, and the hot tub at the nice little rec center. One of the best parts is the peaceful river trail right outside the door! This place will be our go-to for anytime we visit Winter Park!

Winter Park Family Stay

Overall very good. Rec center was fabulous and great for the kids. Adjacent to the rec center was a hill that was great for sledding (next to playground). No real issues in the condo. Would stay again.

The property is nicely renovating and everything was very comfortable. It was conveniently located near town and the ski slopes. We had a great trip and we’re very comfortable! The host was very communicative and accommodating. We would definitely rent again! Would love to see it in the summer with the rolling creek right outside!

Beautiful Setting, Super Clean, Easy Check-In

Wow! Just what we'd hoped to find in Winter Park, a lovely condo overlooking a rushing river convenient to everything. The kitchen was beautiful and well supplied. Our host, Lisa, was very responsive and helpful with any questions and suggestions for restaurants, bars and things to do, lots within walking distance. Getting in was super easy with the lockbox. We'll be back next summer to hike and fish and enjoy the beauty of the mountains. Dennis and Yolanda

Great family place

This condo provided my family of 6 a comfortable place to stay for our ski trip to Winter Park. It is close to the resort, and also close to grocery stores, restaurants and shopping places. The condo was well-stocked. It has a great view of a stream out the front windows. We had no problem communicating with the owner. She was friendly and responded in a timely manner when we emailed with questions. We will definitely stay there again the next time we go ski at Winter Park.

Perfect Getaway

From the ease of booking, thru our entire stay, Lisa went above & beyond. The unit is exactly as described. Our stay was considered ‘off season’ to many of the locals, so there was little foot traffic thru the Winter Park community. The location of the unit was perfect. We were able to walk to restaurants, shops & trails. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Lisa. We had a wonderful stay!!

Winter Park Summer 2023

First impression was negative. We walked into the condo and it appeared the previous tenants had just left; beds unmade, towels in the tubs, floor dirty…the cleaning crew had clearly not been there. After multiple panicky calls (5) to Lisa over 20 minutes, she finally answered, and then responded to the problem, found a team to clean up after insisting this had never happened before. Since we had children who needed some diversion while waiting for the cleaning crew to arrive, we were able to bring the kids to the nearby (5 minute walk) Rec center to kill time while the place was made ready. Lisa subsequently made every effort to make our stay pleasant and adjusted our account. It was a difficult start to our vacation, and since we were only using the condo for two days, provided a difficult process for us. The condo met our expectations except it was quite warm (no overhead fans), the screen door was difficult to open due to a defective latch, kitchen soap was depleted, and we really wish they had advised us to bring our own charcoal & lighter fluid in order to use BBQ outside. The gurgling stream outside the front door was enjoyable, and reasonably priced restaurants were in walking distance. It’s an older unit, but fairly well maintained. We’d stay there again if we were in the area, lots of fun things to do and it is nicely located.

Ideal condo for our ski vacation!

We absolutely loved being at this property! Lisa was super helpful when we made our reservation and prior to our arrival. We had no problems with anything at the condo. It is a clean, quiet, corner unit, with a nice layout and plenty of room for the six of us to be very comfortable, and it even has a lovely view of open space overlooking the Fraser River! The condo is ideally located to take the shuttle to and from the mountain (easy to wear downhill ski boots right out the door to shuttle stop), and is walking distance to everything in Fraser including an especially wonderful coffee shop (Moon Frog!), though we mostly cooked in the very well-stocked kitchen. Trails go right out the back of the condo along the river which was a bonus when we wanted to stretch our legs after a day of skiing, and one day a couple of us even cross-country skied from the condo right to Winter Park. We had no complaints whatsoever, and were very happy at this property. Thank you Lisa! (I have to say, the only reason I hesitated to write a glowing review is because I worry this wonderful condo won't be available if one day we are lucky enough to be able to come back to Winter Park :)

Great condo in a great location in Winter Park

Had a great time with the family in the condo. The listing is very accurate and communication is the owner is very timely and clear. The location is super central and walkable to the restaurants and the Fireside Market and Eatery. We will stay in the condo again next time we come to WP.
