Andelslägenheter i Winter Park

“The property was great for a quick getaway! Conveniently located to recreational center and downtown.”

“Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Quite lovely accommodations. Especially enjoyed spa area. Pool, jacuzzi and sauna. Loved hearing the elk bugle outside the windows. Highly recommend and will stay again.”

“The property is dated, especially with the furniture. Some repairs are needed in the bathroom area. It was within easy walking distance of town. The balcony is a great place for early-morning coffee and all meals fixed in the condo. Very quiet. Plenty of parking spaces close to the condo entrance. No Wi-Fi connection available. We tried every day for a week.”

“This entire complex is very old and tired looking from the outside. Built in the 70s, it could use some TLC for the buildings and landscaping to improve the grounds. The clubhouse is small for the number of units it serves. This particular unit was comfortable on the inside except for the heat. Even at 8500 feet, it gets warm during the day in the summer. This unit has limited ventilation to let in cooler evening air. Since it is on the first floor, it doesn't make sense to keep the screen...

“Everything is good”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff is always friendly and the lodging is exactly what we were looking for.”

“The condo is outdated in a very nice property. The condo has old furniture, stained carpet and an old bathroom with tub and 1980's white tiles. This condo has no AC, so it's gets hot even in a 75 deg outside weather. It should be equipped with ceiling fans or much nicer fan than one cheap fan provided. The furniture in the living room and the dining table needs to be upgraded. The property is very good for summer and winter activities. There are several restaurants within the larger...

“Beautiful condo with amazing views from the balcony. Very clean, host was very responsive, excellent communication. Great place to stay!”

“Loved the condo! It was perfect for what I needed which was a space for me to visit my daughter and have her stay with me. Girl time! The location was close to everything and short distance to the resort. I love that the trail is right there and so is Safeway. We stayed the year before in Winter Park but it was dark and not as spacious. This was bright and cheery! Thanks!”

“Great location, very close to town. The pool and tennis courts were great!”

“Cozy little spot perfect for our family of four.”

“Always love staying at the property and this was our first time staying in this until! The unit was very conveniently located and had everything we could possibly need! The communication with the host was excellent! Wish we had been able to stay longer!! ”

“Really good overall”

“Great spot.”

“This property was awesome very clean. The only turn off was no kitchen. The owners were very kinds and responsive! We enjoyed our stay!”

“Great place, super friendly host! Highly recommend!!”

“A lovely place to stay. This unit was on the end of the building which gave us a little more privacy on the front porch chairs and on the back deck. Nice view from the windows. A pretty short pathway to the building with the pool and hot tubs. A nice stroll into town as well. It is only a 5 minute drive to the winter park ski resort. I would highly recommend this place.”

“Well-situated between Winter Park Resort area and village activities of WP/Fraser. Maintenance staff was exceptional.”

“Awesome stay! The location was perfect with access to the bus! ”
