Exklusiva Penthouse med fantastisk utsikt på däck

  • Detta är ett av fyra takvåningar på orten. 3bed / 2 bad ca 1500 kvm enhet som ser ut över de viktigaste Winter Park skidbacke område och by. Stort vardagsrum / matsal för maximal komfort. Välfylld kök. Däcket av enheten är ca 360 st ft, anledningen att välja denna plats. Det finns också en stor gemensam däck område med 20 personer badtunna och öppen spis på egendom. Underjordisk parkering. Ski skåp för alla dina skidutrustning. Vi är för närvarande ombyggnad så förbereda sig för VACKRA !!!

    Det är en super kort promenad till 3 skidliftar. Huvudlyften du förbiser från enheten. Vi har en uppvärmd garage som håller runt 65F hela vintern. Håller bilarna varmt och skönt.

Absolutely loved our stay here. We are CO natives, but I was looking to give my kids an experience I had as a child after a less than wonderful (out of state) family vacation earlier this summer. This place was clean, well stocked, super convenient and boasts excellent communicative hosts. The resort is stunning, the views speak for themselves, activities are second to none. My family has already asked that we make this exact VRBO rental our “go to” summer staycation.

Penthouse was exactly as described with everything you need in a home away from home. Our family of 5 had a great stay and enjoyed the easy access to slopes, restaurants and downtown Winter Park! Highly recommend!!

Nice, large condo. Wonderful view and easy access to the resort. I’ve stayed at numerous condos at the resort and in WP and this one is at the top of the list.

Ho st was very responsive to our questions and really helped out. The place was perfect for our family and the large hot tub was very nice. Had problems with QR codes to get into the garage but the host was very helpful at getting resolution. We even had to use a QR code to get out of the garage which was weird. Had a great time even with marginal snow and location was perfect.

Beautiful, well-furnished condo. Very clean and updated. Kitchen had everything you need to cook your own meals. Super-convenient to ski lifts and underground parking is so nice in winter months. Property hot tubs are huge and fantastic. Host was super responsive and replaced broken items same day as requested. Only thing that would have made the stay better is to provide enough pool towels for each guest.

The view is crazy good! The walk to the lifts was quick & easy. The penthouse was immaculate when we arrived. The host communication was excellent. The parking is unbeatable. Did I mention the Torch Light Parade (see photo) visible from the deck or just a short walk to the nase? This place made lifelong Christmas memories for our family. 10 out of 10, and we’ll be yearly returning guests if Shawn will have us!

Fraser Crossing Condo

We have stayed at Fraser Crossing/founders point many times and love the location. The condo was great, especially the size of it. The only issue we had was the kitchen organization and lack of frying pans. Otherwise great place.

Winter Park with family and friends

We had a great time at this Winter Park condo. excellent location, across from the Winter Park facility. short drive to Winter park town and Fraser for shopping. the large porch was awesome. we had 8 people at our visit, and all had their own bed. Cooked all breakfasts, lunches and several dinners at the condo. we would certainly go back.

The *perfect* spot for a Winter Park Weekend

Our two families spent 4 wonderful days at the penthouse which was ridiculously convenient to the Winter Park village, Fraser/downtown free shuttle routes and easy access to the Gondola. Dine-in and take-out options were numerous (Lime Cantina = great Mexican ; Deno's in downtown was also tasty). The unit was in immaculate condition w/ new everything, plenty of lounging room for kids to play, watch a movie or just relax. Massive outdoor patio w/ great views and a 30 second walk to the hot tub, a mandatory stop each day after hitting the bumps! A+++ !

Best Location - Worst Lighting

Loved the location and the host communication. The bright harsh led lights in the place need to go. The lighting gave me a headache and was not cozy and inviting at all. Felt like a nail salon in Vegas. Also master bed and bath need some basic work. $500 and an interior designer would go a long ways to making this a 5 star experience. Everything else is was great.

Great location

This condo is in the perfect location for ski access to winterPark. It’s just a 2 minute walk to the gondola and the village is across the street. The only issue with the unit is that there were no dressers with drawers in any of the 3 bedrooms. Because of this we could not unpack our luggage and had to live out of our suitcases for 3 days which was not ideal.

Great location, clean

This is a great unit for a family and is clean and well appointed. We had some significant issues with parking, both getting in the first time and a few days later my husband accidentally parked across 2 spots because there was snow and water and hard to see. A tow warning sticker was slapped on our truck and it took time to deal with that. Our older teen/young adult sons liked the place too. It was a 2 minute walk tj the base. Extremely convenient and all beds were comfortable which is something we look for.
