The "Slopeside Treehouse" (aka CHILL #304) is a spacious, modern condo with high-end finishes and luxury amenities. The condo offers floor-to-ceiling windows looking out to the national forest and ski slope. The condo has two king beds and can comfortably accommodate 5-6 adults or 4 adults and 2+ kids.

Location:
The "CHILL at Winter Park" condo building was completed in 2019 and is the exclusive, luxury mountain modern complex in the base area. With only 17 units at the property, this is a terrific retreat for you and your family to relax and safely social distance.

This property has one of the most sought after locations at the Winter Park Resort! After a short walk up the private heated walkway and stairs from CHILL, you will have direct access to the Corridor Trail ski run to the Winter Park Base Area. If you want to take a break during the day to warm up, have lunch at the condo or even for “Aprùs ski”, just head back down the Corridor Trail from the Mary Jane side of the resort for immediate and exclusive access to the building. It truly does not get easier!

The condo is 0.5 miles to the Winter Park Base, only a 10 minute walk. The location offers a quiet respite from the active hustle and bustle of the base, while still in close proximity to restaurants, bars and other resort amenities.

Important Notices:
- We require a 3-night minimum stay (5-night minimum stay for holidays) and offer weekly specials.
- Quiet hours for the building are from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM - please be respectful.
- The HOA does not permit short-term renters to have pets on the property; we cannot make exceptions to this policy. However, the owners have 2 dogs that stay at the condo from time to time. As a result, this property may not be suitable for people with severe dog allergies.
- There are several flights of stairs required to access to the Corridor Trail and ski slope. It is a total of approximately 70 stairs, we view it as a good warm-up for the day ahead. The stairs can be challenging to climb in ski boots and carrying ski equipment. Please see the photo provided.
- This property does not feature Air Conditioning
- The Winter Park Resort base area does close during the off seasons from late April until the middle of June, and then from the beginning of October to the middle of November. This is still a great time to visit for beautiful spring weather and to see the changing leaves in fall.

Beautiful ski in/out condo on Corridor Run at Winter Park. They call it Tree House for a good reason - the views are spectacular. In 20 years of using VRBO for ski vacations this was the best equipped condo we have stayed in - from the kitchen to games to extra cozy blankets and toiletries. A home away from home. The location is perfect for skiers and a short walk to the village. While there are stairs up to ski run there is a short cut as well ! We will definitely stay here again when we return to Winter Park. Owners are top notch-very responsive to questions. Access to building was smooth. Thanks Brady!!

We loved this condo and the access to the mountain. Brady is an amazing host! We connected a few times throughout the process and his response time was always fantastic. He was extremely accommodating and flexible. Our group agreed that we would definitely love to stay here again!

Our family stayed at this property for 5 days in February 2024 for our annual ski trip. - very clean and exactly as described and pictured - roomy and well designed to fit two families comfortably - host thought of EVERYTHING in the amenities provided - host was super responsive and communicated via text days before trip and end of trip, checking in during our stay as well - location truly is a ski in and out but there’s several flights of steps to climb to get into trail so if you have problems climbing steps, may be ideal to use pickup shuttle - this condo does permit fur-babies so extra care for those who are allergic to pet dander - kitchen has almost everything you can think of and then some more (suggest adding chopsticks and then it would be perfect!) we cooked everyday while here and did not need to venture out to eat -7 to 10 mins to ski rentals, grocery stores and Winter Park downtown Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend to others!

I planned this trip for myself, my son, his wife, and my two grandsons (5 & 7). It was a very memorable vacation for all. With awesome ski lessons, the boys were skiing like pros after two days. I'm 74 and was unable to use the ski-in ski-out feature because there are approx. 70 stairs to climb to get there. The bus stops right next to the driveway, so it was no big issue and a short ride. Winter Park Village was awesome. Everyone was so friendly! Our favorite restaurant was The Pizza Peddler - best hand tossed pizza ever! Everything we needed was there. The kitchen is awesome - well stocked with any appliance, dishware, cookware, or utensil needed. Brady was very helpful. His correspondence was excellent. He checked to see if we were enjoying the stay several times. Thanks so much, Brady - we'll certainly be back!

This is our 3rd year staying at this property and we love it. It's always clean, well-appointed, and comfortable. Access to skiing is easy (even if I am out of breath walking up the stairs) - and so easy to get home. As long as I can talk my family into a ski trip - this is where we will stay. We loved this condo--beautiful, comfortable, extremely well stocked kitchen, great hot tub, amazing location. The short walk up to the Corridor was ideal to ski down to the base. The owner was very responsive and we had a great stay. Don't hesitate to book Chill 304!

My family and I had a great stay in this Condo. Right off the Corridor run! The condo was beautiful and well stocked. The owner was easy to get in touch with and answered any questions we had. We did not rent a car, so getting anywhere other then the base was a bit difficult, there are very few Ubers and the bus line was running at a minimum due to staffing issues. But that would have been true at any accommodation. I would stay here again!

Our family rented this property for much of the month of July this year. This place is fabulous. Brady, the property manager was super to work with and they went the extra mile to make this one of the best stays that we have ever had. While the location and condo were great, it is the extra effort from Brady that made this stay special.

We love this spot! The condo has all the amenities, it's comfortable and spacious for our family. The location is perfect - easy to ski out/ski in, and easy to walk to the village. Love the new bean bag chair (my daughter's favorite). With the kitchen well stocked with cookware, we end up cooking in more than going out which is nice after a long ski day. We plan to be back! My family adored this property and will definitely make it a point to come back. The ski-in/out option was perfect for our family of skiers. The condo was spacious, clean and had everything in the kitchen we needed to make our stay comfortable. Our kids loved playing the X-box while my husband and I enjoyed the views out of the large windows. Very nice property!! It was hard to leave.

The property is new beautifully decorated and equipped. The heated garage was such a plus! Brady was a great communicator. The towels were so fluffy. We had every condiment and lots of coffees to choose from. If you are skiing you may want to take the bus at the corner as there are 85 steps up to the run. Coming back was easy tho.

One of the most well put together places i’ve stayed in. The family has included just about anything you may need and has so many things that were not necessary, but appreciated so much. This is an excellent property overall and in a great location. It was clean and layout was as advertised per the photos. It was a very quiet property and worked well for our family of 4. Kitchen is very well stocked and had everything you would need and a few extras. Garage parking was excellent and I did use the ski locker which is located on FLOOR 1, unit is on FLOOR 3, and you go out to ski on FLOOR 2 (there is an elevator). It did take a little shuffling around of gear between floors but it was indoors the whole time so it didn't bother me. To provide full disclosure about SKI IN/SKI OUT access (without labeling it a plus or minus): you take a heated walkway to the base of a staircase-there are 74 metal stairs (which were mostly snow covered) to the "Corridor" run (keep in mind you are at 9000' elevation). From there it is VERY easy to get to the base. To return you must take a somewhat steep blue run (Mary Jane) back to the "Corridor" run and carry your gear back down the stairs. It was not a problem for our family in any way but it is nice to know what you are facing before you arrive. You also have the option to catch the bus to the base which stops right outside the building if you don't want to deal with the stairs. I would definitely stay here again.
