    Vi vill välkomna dig att bo i vår lyxiga lägenhet ligger i Grund Village i Winter Park Resort. Vår lägenhet ligger bara 2 minuters promenad till Zephyr Express Lift. Vi är i anslutning till den nya byn, där du kan hitta ett utbud av affärer, restauranger och en skridskoåkning damm. Vår 6: e våningen enhet har fantastisk utsikt över byn och berget samtidigt med utsikt över bekvämligheter Deck. Steg från hiss - men ingen hiss buller! This is an excellent place to stay that has a great location, walkable to the gondola and several base area shops and restaurants. The condo is clean with new furnishings. The owner is very responsive to questions and needs. I have no hesitation about returning.

Wonderful stay!

We really enjoyed our stay! The unit was very clean and well stocked with supplies. The new hot tub is amazing and the location so close to the slopes can’t be beat!

An excellent place to stay and right in Winterpark ski resort. Apartment was fully stocked with utensils and view from balcony was magnificent.

Nice Condo

Very nice condo in a convenient location. Loved the view of the mountains and overlooking the hot tub/courtyard area. Owner was responsive and helpful. Would stay again. The only thing to note is the fridge is not a full-size fridge, so need to plan accordingly.

Winter Park Ski Condo

This property is perfect for 2-4 people who plan to ski at Winter Park. Well situated in the ski resort with a 4-minute walk to the Gondola lift, 3 minutes to the local shops and has great top floor views from the deck. Excellent internet service, inexpensive and close underground parking, well-furnished and included secure ground floor gear lockers. Owner was responsive to questions and with the checkin/out materials.

Very clean and cozy place, spacious room. Kitchen is well equipped. Hue was very responsive to my enquiries. We arrived early and Hue was very accomodative and arranged our early check in. Great service! Greatly appreciated that we do not need to stay outdoor during the winter season. Thank you very much!

Great Location at Winter Park Resort

Nice, Cozy 1 BR Condo at Winter Park. Easy walking distance to lifts/shops/restaurants. Owner, Hue, was super flexible and helped accommodate a luggage problem we had based on arrival time vs condo access time. My family and I truly appreciate Hue's kindness. We recommend her condo and her customer service. Thank you Hue Brian

Excellent experience.

Property was clean and well stocked with basics when we arrived. Refrigerator is an under-counter size, bigger than most hotel rooms but not a full fridge, so plan the perishables you bring accordingly. Unit is very well located; 3 minutes walk to base of gondola. Communication with Hue was excellent and she was very accommodating. Sofa bed was fine for our 11 year old. Gas fireplace was very pleasant.

Great Location for Winter Park Adventure

We loved the space and location of this condo. It comes as advertised. It is a short walk to the gondola and shops in the base area. Unit was very clean. Inside parking with short walk to elevators and ski lockers made moving in and out easy. Bedroom and bath are roomy and well set up. Kitchen is compact but functional. Refrigerator is small but fine for a few days of supplies. Gas fire place in living room makes things cozy. Sofa bed is fine for kids but worn springs would make it challenging for two full size adults. Overall, we really liked the unit and would definitely come back again. The owner was extremely kind and pleasant to deal with.

Fantastic location and beautiful views!

We LOVED our stay at Hue's condo at Fraser Crossing. Hue was extremely helpful and so very accommodating. The condo building is directly behind Zephyr Mountain Lodge in the main Winter Park Village. It's an easy walk from anywhere in the village. You have beautiful mountain views, a great vantage point to see when the hot tub isn't crowded, and a view of the ice skating pond. We stayed with our two young daughters and they were very comfortable on the sofa sleeper. Plenty of towels, pillows, blankets, and the gas fireplace puts out really nice heat. The condo is spacious and the bathroom is huge! We were only there for a weekend so we didn't do any cooking, but there is a mini-fridge, 2 burner stove, convection microwave and a crockpot, with a decent amount of kitchen utensils. I honestly have nothing but glowing things to say about this condo. We will definitely be back if Hue will let us come again! We had such a great time. Thanks again!!!

No onsite manager. Parking system is a nightmare.

The parking process does not work. We made the parking reservation as requested, but parking entrance/exit kiosk would not work for us. Not once did we get out of the garage by using the kiosk. We had to follow another car out. Clicking the "help" button connected us to a person in Texas. He could only help us get in if we had the reservation number, which we had left inside the unit. There was nothing else we could do, since all of our belongings were inside and we were trapped outside. I finally found the number on my phone and got in. We were so stressed about going out that we just stayed inside and went home a day early. When we tried to use the kiosk to leave on the final day, nobody answered the help button. We booked 3 nights, but used only 2. There was no management onsite. There was no person locally that could be contacted. This was our first VRBO reservation and I don't know why we should use it again. We went away to relieve stress, but returned with more stress than we had before.
