“Well appointed & maintained, clean, functional. Perfect for visitors that need a place close to downtown. All the necessary appliances were in perfect condition. Host provided a great book outlining rules, local attractions, restaurants, stores, etc. And most importantly the Host was responsive to all questions prior to arrival and any requests when we were there. “The house was clean but 2 things just removed this from my list of locations I would return to. 1. The address is incorrect. They gave us the address to the house next store. Not a nice experience when I opened up the door to see someone was living there. They were very nice about the intrusion and had said we were not the first to show up at their house not the rental next door. 2. The beds were very uncomfortable. I think that is job 1 for a rental. Good mattress. Hope there are some...

“Our family made a quick trip to Des Moines to visit the zoo with the two little grandkids. This location was perfect. We enjoyed being close to great food and the zoo. Although it rained (which was a welcome relief from the heat) and we didn’t get to enjoy the back yard, it is a great setup-hot tub, fire pit, and loads of shade. ”
