“Stayed a couple of nights in order to enjoy the Wolfeboro Christmas parade and tree lighting as well as the Nutcracker at Kingswood Performing Arts Center. Apartment is cozy and within walking distance of downtown area for entertainment, shopping and restaurants. ”

“Screen to front door was broken. Two bulbs above bathroom sink not working without replacement bulbs available. Bulb over ceiling light in bathroom not working. Shower curtain in bathroom stained from ? Mildew?? Kitchen oven dirty. Utensil holder in drawer dirty. Pictures available. I notified Maverick Management Co. who responded saying they would notify their team, however no one came to unit. This was the first AND last time I will use VRBO.”

But the key box thingie, we struggled with it and I just wanted to say, as a regular renter, I am a big fan of the digital door locks, and the best system is when it's programmed to the last four digits of your phone number. “The condo was perfect! I wish there was a better view but I was impressed with all the amenities and comforts of the one bedroom condo! Loved the throw blankets, the games, the plush towels even down to the flossers and air freshener! Loved coming back to our condo and would stay here again anytime!!! Thank you!!!”
