Hotell i Wolmar

"Newly renovated so nice rooms. Unfortunately the service was very bad and weird setup. Was not allowed to put drinks on my room and asked to go to reception to pay for my drinks. The bar staff were embarrassed about the whole situation and apologized (they were good). To top the bad experience i started getting calls to my room i had to settle my bill from earlier at lunch. I had not even checked in by then since i arrived by 5pm. This did not occur to them at first and it took some time and explanations. This was my second time visit this year and i must say i will not be heading back. The service is simply awful and among the worst i have encountered in Mauritius which i visit many times a year. Will choose another hotel next time."

"Completely overwhelmed by this resort - all the smiling and helpful faces, making our experiences something really extra. Felt like home from day one, and I can actually not think about one thing that is not perfect. The food is one of a kind, the pool area and view is spectacular, and the rooms..Wow!! Will definitely come back here again. Have been on the island before, and this resort is by far the best I have experienced. Also, all kinds of activities are included in the room price. Which makes you able to just relax, enjoy your holiday, and take a sip of one of the amazing drinks from the bar. We also tried the spa, can really recommend the Bamboo-massage! About the cleaning service: excellent - the turn down service in the evenings was much appreciated. With both chocolate and new text every night, super cosy! To summarize - if going to Mauritius, this is the place to be. Can’t wait to experience this again."

"Hela anläggningen är ny och fräsch. Allt håller högsta femstjärniga klass förutom maten som svajar i kvalitet. All personal är väldigt trevlig. Vikish i receptionen är otroligt duktig och serviceinriktad."

"För hög ljudnivå på musiken som pågick under kvällsmålet. Ligger isolerat så man är beroende av att äta och dricka på anläggningen. Vi trodde att man kunde ta sig till någon stad eller by utan 15 minuters taxi. Man kunde ju haft gratis shuffle till bebygda platser."

"Väldigt trevligt hotell precis intill stranden. Stora luftiga lägenheter som alla har utsikt mot havet. Mycket trevligt poolområde. Fin snorkling om man tar sig ut en bit med flera olika fina fiskar. Bättre snorkling här än längre norrut på ön. En bit att promenera till närmsta restaurangerna (15-20 min) men sen finns flera olika goda restauranger av enklare sort men god mat! (Vi testade även att få bord på närliggande lyxhotell, men förstod sedan att det inte var så populärt då de restaurangerna framför allt är avsedda för de egna hotellgästerna och vi kände oss inte särskilt välkomnade.) Trevligt bemötande av värden Hugo som var snabb på att svara på alla frågor och väldigt serviceminded. "
