“There is no denying that this is a beautiful apartment which has been furnished to a high specification and we enjoyed our stay here. However due to COVID we were asked to check in 2 hours later so that the apartment could be "deep cleaned". We therefore didn't expect to find dirty cupboards, crockery and cutlery. We cleaned these ourselves but found Air Manage Suffolk very difficult to deal with. In addition, beware that the railway line and in particular the level crossing with it's very loud...

It is in a remote country location and when we arrived (5pm on a Friday evening) the roads were closed from both directions. “Lovely little terrace house in a great location. Very steep stairs and low doorway for staircase so kept bumping out heads and could do with a foam protector on door frame. Kitchen is small so not ideal for cooking in but otherwise lovely decor and good shower. We still have not received our damage deposit back though and it has been more than 3 weeks since our stay and there was no damage to the property or the contents and not contact about it either. I would have given it 4 stars otherwise.”

“Our whole family group really enjoyed our stay in Buoys Cottage Orford. The house had lots of space for us all and the children especially liked the playroom with pool table, lawn for football and firepit. Within easy walking distance were great mini store, bakery with coffee, chocolate shop and smokery. Orford Castle and Quay were a short walk away too, and walks around the coast and forests.”

“The apartment is situated on the first floor, but the lift up made it really easy to bring luggage in, and the reserved parking space is right outside. It’s a few minutes walk from a supermarket and various eating places. It’s also possible to walk into the town very easily ,and along the river in both directions, which was a lovely walk.
