Staff cancelled my PAY AT THE PROPERTY reservation due to them being busy after I called twice to see if I can do an early check and was denied. Check in was at 3pm. I arrived at 5pm and was turned down. No call, text or email informing me. Very unprofessional”

“The property itself was beautiful! The landscaping was lovely plus they had hanging baskets everywhere. The room itself was spacious, clean and so pretty. The breakfast was really nice with lots of different items not normally seen on a breakfast bar. The only downside to anything was the woman working the breakfast area did not speak English, only had one speed and several of us had to wait while she washed the dishes and refilled the bar.
