While the accommodations themselves have been satisfactory, I have experienced repeated billing issues that have been extremely difficult to resolve. “Nice hotel, up to date, and the breakfast was pretty good for a hotel breakfast. Patio area is nice. I did have an issue with the sink in my bathroom, but by the time we got to the hotel I just didn’t care enough to have them fix it or switch rooms.”

“Hotel was run down, shower was leaking every time I used it. The hallways smelled like smoke. I was on ground floor and I heard these loud weird noises that sounded like machine type noises that were banging and very loud and went off every 5 minutes during the day. The staff were barely sitting in the reception at all you had to ring the bell to get help. Also, the WiFi was the worst. It kept going out every once in a while. “The staff were great and even let us have a later checkout. Beds were comfy, 4 pillows each, some soft and some firm. Nightlight in the bathroom was very nice. Full breakfast including a waffle station. Yes, there was a hole at the bottom of bath door that obviously a dog previously made, and a hole in the lower part of the business center, but so what? Everything worked. The price was great, so this was a really good value.”
