I was on ground floor and I heard these loud weird noises that sounded like machine type noises that were banging and very loud and went off every 5 minutes during the day. The staff were barely sitting in the reception at all you had to ring the bell to get help. Also, the WiFi was the worst. It kept going out every once in a while. “Everything was beautiful high end new and just a lovely place to stay. The only concern was the roof top bar when chairs moved across the floor you could hear it in the room. However the high end bed, pillows, and linens along with a quiet a/c made falling asleep so much easier than many places we’ve stayed before. Thank you!”
