“Short story, what was supposed to be a cheaper one night stay, ended up with a towed car and a towing bill. No mention of parking not being available in the complex in the listing. No mention of parking rules in the check in email. By the time I got clarification, I was already at a concert with my car left behind so I wouldn’t have to worry about looking for parking near the event. The irony doesn’t escape me.”

“Quiet, easily accessible first floor unit, low key and gracious hosts, everything I needed was there. They expected very little of me, communicated quickly, and even checked in a few times during my long term stay just to make sure I was doing okay.”

“i was in Des Moines for a few days of cycling and hanging out and this location was great! the apartment was clean and spacious and had everything i needed plus i could get to any of a dozen cycling trails from the apartment or in under 20 minutes by car. also the east village area is walking distance and very fun!”
