âThe hotel was ok, nothing special, upon arriving, it had a sports bar downstairs, very loud and messy, lots of alcohol and heavy drinking. It was self checkin and everyone who was checking in had issues so someone had to come and help. For a 4 star at this price, it should not be self checkin. I had an issue with the room and they changed me immediately but the walls at this hotel very thin, you could hear everything from the room next door. Gym and pool was not included it was an extra...

âWe had a nice 2-night stay here. The price was very reasonable and included a light breakfast which was great. It's a friendly hotel complete with a resident peacock and lovely views. Good value for money.â

âExcellent location just off the M6 motorway, staff were very friendly and the room was very clean and comfortable. Shower could have been a bit more comfortable. The only thing i dont understand is the ÂŁ5 charge for Parking. The hotel has its own grounds outwith the main services parking so the only people using the car park are hotel guests. Its at a motorway services so no one can access the hotel without a vehicle so the extra ÂŁ5 for parking is a bit of a joke, I would feel better if it was...

"I stayed at Radisson Blu Manchester Airport and overall, the experience was positive. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived. The room had excellent soundproofing â despite being directly at the airport, I couldnât hear a single plane, which made the stay calm and relaxing.
However, there were a few issues that brought the impression down. The AC control panel was so worn that some buttons were completely missing, making it impossible to adjust the temperature without improvising with a needle from the sewing kit provided in the room. One of the floor lamps had the wrong type of low-energy bulb installed, which flickered heavily when turned on, so we ended up having to unscrew it. On top of that, there were hairs on one of the shower towels, which is something that simply should not happen at a hotel of this standard.
In summary, the hotel delivered on the essentials â great service, comfort, and impressive soundproofing â but the maintenance and housekeeping details definitely need more attention to truly match the Radisson brand expectations."
