Up a flight of stairs is the main living space. This floor has the final 3rd bedroom with a king bed and TV, as well as a full bathroom with access in the hall and the bedroom. The living room has a sleeper sofa, large flat screen TV, an electric fireplace, and access to the ocean view balcony. The kitchen has a great island/bar to gather around, as well as an eating nook with large table for dining.
