“Wow!!! If you are looking to relax in nature this is the place. The hosts and staff were amazing making sure our every need was met including getting a Drs appointment for my son. They would also prepare us meals on request. At night you can enjoy the fire by the cenote with the glowing lights inside the caves. During the day the birds are very entertaining we even spotted a toucan. Honestly we can’t say enough about this heaven on earth. We will definitely be returning next year. ”

“Exceptional view, beach access, swimming pool, nearby shops, cafes, restaurants. ”

“Very nice place, really calm and beautiful place.”

“Fantastiskt hotel. ”

“Was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Quiet, serene, definitely a vibe worth experiencing. The staff is overly friendly and helpful. If I only had to have one complaint is that while not healthy, the TV doesn't really work because of the poor Wi-Fi. Mostly just for feedback purposes but most people don't want a TV on this type of vacation.”

“My multi-generational family went all together and would love to come back to Grand Palladium Kantenah. We stayed in the family selection section and I would recommend this (definitely worth it): 1) the personal butlers were very helpful in arranging our reservations and other big and small requests, 2) we could access all other Grand Palladium resorts, allowing us to explore the entire resort area with access to many restaurants, and 3) could access the family selection only pool (Solarium),...

“Fantastik personal! Underbar mat!

“We had a great time staying at Villas Picalu and recommends it for everyone who wants to stay at a clean and friendly place with a nice and generous breakfast and the most helpful and considerate hosts you could ever ask for!”

“Läget vid stranden är väldigt bra. Ligger en bit utanför Tulum. Lugnt och stilla. Kvaliteten på boendet var undermålig. Slitet. Trasiga lakan. Trasiga handdukar. ”
