“Very Nice property. We spent a lot of.time on the dock and met the neighbors who were very friendly. There is only one boat rental place but we did try them for a day and a half. We caught quite a few fish off the dock. Found some decent restaraunts around. Went and found some Alligators. Had an armadillo the first night in the backyard and some.deer the last night. My son proposed to his girlfriend here so I'm sure it's a place he will always remember.”

“The property is expansive and the modular home on it was cozy. The price was great considering it was a last minute booking. My grandparents live there in Quitman, and we were able to have them over for supper because of all the amenities there.”

“A very nice and very quite get away. Accommodations are well appointed but bring ice. The refrigerator is new but not hooked up to water. The water is very soft I believe they use a water softener system. I beautiful 8 acre pond/lake with several docks to sit at or fish from.Id use minnows even though I did catch a few on lures. The water is stained black clear so light penetration will diminish after a few feet. Colors in the red yellow orange chartreuse spectrum work best. You can walk around...
