“Place was great for us and the kids. It's small but enough room where you don't feel cooped up and ar bumping into eachother. House is clean and stocked with everything you need (linens, towels, beach supplies and even sunscreen) unlike many other places. Beach was great at high tide to swim. Low tide was nice but had to walk really far out to cool off. Was happy to have AC/minisplit to cool off with this heat. Would definitely come again.”

“It was a wonderful few days. The house is nice, cozy, and small, with a very great few of the sunset. (People from the beach were envious of the location of those swing-chairs!!!) The space in the house is very well-organized, nice, and clean. All you need is a very handy present in the right spots. Personally, it was a little bit too hot in the small bedroom without some sort of small fan, but the weather was very hot too. ”

“Tara communicated throughout the our stay to make the it quick and easy. The cottage is very clean, has more than adequate supplies for longer stays. Has various information pamphlets, cleaning supplies, games for kids. Nothing negative even comes to mind about our stay. Would and will use again! Thank you Tara”

“Perfect place for our nine day Cape Cod adventures! Location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. The cottage itself was adorable and very comfortable. We enjoyed the outside deck, the firing, the boat dock, chairs, and I even took the kayak out twice, which was very, beautiful and relaxing. We only did breakfasts at the cottage, but the kitchen had everything we needed. The best part of the cottage for us were the E bikes!! “Check-in was super easy. Tara was great to communicate with. This place had everything anyone would ever need. Beds are super comfy. Place is super clean. The pond is gorgeous. The house is setup so cute. The week flew by. One of my favorite places at the cape and we’ve been coming here at different places for the past 25 years. Love this place. Love heart of cape cod. Awesomely dog friendly.”

“Cosy retreat with pond view. Great for canoeing with the dog. Sweet porch for reading and morning coffee. Tara was an excellent host who communicated immediately and went well above and beyond to correct an issue that was out of her control.A great central location that allowed us to roam freely to our favorite beaches, hikes, and restaurants.
