“Functional self contained unit in good location. Clean inside..dirty window sills where windows were open. Window and door tracks filthy as are all windows. Spider eggs and web on side of entry door and coutyard unmaintained. Cheap kettle spills water if filled and then poured and doona filler too small for doona cover so either feet of shoulders are not covered. The coffee table draw keeps sliding out so jammed cardboard in ooening to stop it. ”

“Was supposed to have private spa ,none Was supposed to have washing machine and dryer ,none Rooms were nice but beds uncomfortable. Bad location as well. Too much noise.”

“This apartment is very well located. A second key and fob would have be great as there are lots of security points to move through and four of us staying there . The apartment was clean and comfortable although some maintenance of the bathroom and building generally is warranted. Really enjoyable stay once we worked out the lifts...there were three to get to the apartment. The host was very responsive and accommodating which was greatly appreciated. ”

“最低限必要なものは揃っていましたが、包丁は全く使えません。食洗器は便利でしたが、使い方の説明書がなく、慣れるまで時間がかかりました。洗剤の数が少なかったので頼んだらすぐに追加してもらえたのは助かりました。 ただExpediaからのメ－ルがすべて中国語で届いたので 読むのに時間がかかったり、あれでは開けない人も多いのではないでしょうか ベランダのドアが力を入れないと開かなかったり、洗濯機の使い方などの説明書は必要だと思います。 壁に大きな傷があったのも少し居心地悪かったです。 長期滞在だったのでシーツやタオルの予備はリクエストして補充してもらいました。メッセ－ジをたくさん送りましたがその都度、対応してもらえたのは助かりました。鍵を返す時にもパスワ－ドが必要だったのには少し焦りました。チェックインの時にも鍵を探さないといけなかったので、もう少し分かり易かったらと思います。 Air B＆B の情報は必要だと思います。 ”

“Check in consists of a lockbox hanging out of a tree on the footpath outside the place. I hated it as I was there alone and it was getting dark. Place was clean but lots of scuffs and wear and tear. There’s a nightclub nearby which was very loud throughout the night. Most annoyingly was that there was no tv in the bedroom. ”

“Great location, great views, great communication. What lacked was quality furniture - everything was budget furniture, and mismatched towels of poor quality. The sofa was broken upon arrival which took two days to repair, multiple emails back and forth and two visits from a repairer eating time into our trip that we shouldn’t have spent to manage the issue. I understand these things happen - but I feel as though the organisation should have management plans in place for these matters that...
