"Unfortunately, I had a very negative experience with the reception. No one was smiling, no one said Hi or welcome first and when you asked a question, they would look at each other before responding, as if they were judging you together before deciding to help. When I booked the room through Expedia, there was an option stating “airport transfer available.” However, when I inquired about this at the reception, they reacted with visible irritation. A man, then approached us and spoke to me and my partner in a very disrespectful manner."

"This is not a serious hotel. Seem to make it into a business to scam people based on not complying with the fine print (which is really hard to find when booking). We had a flight the next day but our boarding pass was standby so they didn't allow us to stay or get a refund. Seems to be their way of business judging by many other reviews. Don't give them your money."
