“We had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt House. The staff was fluent in English and extremely helpful with everything throughout our stay. We were surprised that water was left for us each day. My daughters bought stuffed animals from Tokyo Disney Seas and the next day when we returned to the hotel, they found them sitting on the beds that had the sheets replaced - it was one of those cute things that you did not expect!’

“I thought the property was very nice inside with the use of traditional Japanese styles of the tatami rooms and comfortable beds as well as the sliding rice paper doors. It had a great shower room, which could be used like a Onsen with a deep soaking tub and short stool with bucket. But even with these traditional styles, you could’ve easily taken a standup shower. Washer and dryer worked great. Kitchen is well equipped. Breakfast was delivered promptly every morning, however, might recommend...

"The hotel is amazing, don’t have anything negative to say. I’ve been traveling a lot and this is one of the nicest ones with comfortable bed, great staff, it’s clean, it was the best one we were at when we stayed in Tokyo, we stayed at 3 different hotels in Tokyo during our stay and if I’d know how great this was even if it’s not as central in Tokyo, it would be well worth taking the train to reach all the places we went to anyway. I recommend this hotel very much and the view from the balcony was amazing!"
"Very good room. Everything was almost perfect, more than we could bargain for. We are very happy and will be sure to visit for the third time. The only wish we had was that there was no electric outlet close to our beds but that is only marginal and petty of us. "

"I really enjoed my stay here. The sauna is excellent (I'd I'm Finnish so I have high standards!) and the showers are clean. The locker room is a biut too tiny and it gets easily crowded. Location is great, just one station from Shibuya. If you are taller than 1,70 this probably isn't the best choice for you since it's made fro short, japanese people and it may not be confortable. I slept really well. "
