“Property was next to a garage and abandoned boarded up restaurant. A converted old bus was right next to the building with people living in it. It was not the best part of town. The building itself was nice and well kept. The road to the property was dirt and the parking lot same which was muddy. ”

“The host company was great with their texting communications. The kitchen was equipped with pots, pans, a coffee maker, and a few dishes. The refrigerator was nice, new, and clean. Unfortunately, there was no grill and we needed to purchase coffee, spices and cooking oil at a nearby grocery store. Salt and pepper and coffee filters were there. The loft room was a little too warm, although a fan was available in the room, which helpped. Overall it was a nice place to stay. ”

“Great communication.Quite a bit of "extra" stuff with an layer of paperwork beyond the VRBO data entry. Requires a selfie and a picture of your ID to book.Also want a 200 deposit to use the garage door opener. Nice place, but the extras are a bit much. ”
