Spahotell i Yerae-dong

“Grand Josun Jeju was the highlight of my trip to Korea. The resort was clean, beautifully designed, with top notch luxury amenities. The staff were well trained and courteous. 10/10”

“The concierge was extremely helpful, attentive, and amazing!”

“Everything was great, but I stayed at the hotel around the end of October, when the weather was still somewhat warm. It was a bit inconvenient that the hotel said the air conditioner could not be used. The hotel sent a fan, but I was a little confused because they said the hotel had disabled the air conditioner. Other than that, everything was satisfactory.”

“I stayed at this hotel two weeks ago and had a great experience. The room was very clean, and the hotel was exceptionally well-maintained. The location was also excellent, with plenty of attractions and places to visit nearby. I would definitely recommend this hotel!”

“Huge facility, beautiful garden and surrandings. Long distance to walk to restaurant, convinience store, swimming pool if you end up in a room at the end of the hotel.”

“Good location with clean spacious accomodations”

“Very nice and affordable hotel in an area that otherwise is full of high-end hotels. The staff in reception was very helpful. The close neighbourhood has a lot of Korean restaurants as well as a Starbucks, which is good as I didn't have breakfast at the hotel.”

“Owners are very nice and sweet. Breakfast offered every morning. Liked our own space and good location. Got a good price too! Liked all the amenities in the suite.”

“Avoid at all cost, moldy bedrooms, moldy jacuzzi !!! We spent 2 nights at the hotel, and we immediatly noticed mold on the ceiling. When we wanted to start the jacuzzi, mold was coming out of it so it was not usable. We tried to find a solution with the reception, they offered to clean the jacuzzi on the second day (and surprise it was still releasing mold after). Since we could not use the amenities we paid for, they offered a worst bedroom (no ocean view, lower floor) as compensation. They...
