“House was not cleaned with care. The entire house and an odor of cats and strong chemicals to mask that. Backyard was a mess and had wasps and bees nesting in the dead trees. Weeds all throughout the back patio. Cobwebs all throughout the home and yard. Cobwebs in the showers, the kitchen, the bed frames. The showers has the previous guests soaps left behind with hair still stuck to the bars of soap. The exhaust fans were covered in lint which is a fire hazard. The smoke detectors were left...

“First of all, finding the house entrance wasn't easy. Parking outside is a real headache because you have to park horizontally to avoid blocking the street. Second, the living room rug was dirty, with bits of toast on it, and the coffee table was filthy. The sofa was awful, with terrible stains that made you not want to sit on it. Third, the tiny kitchen barely had the bare essentials and didn't even have a blender. Fourth, the patio furniture was filthy and covered in cobwebs.”

“We were dropping my son off at college from out of state and out family of 5 came out for the occasion. Sonny’s place was perfectly located and accommodated everyone comfortably. Sonny was very responsive and the process of check in/out was very smooth. The place was clean and well kept. The hot tub and arcade room are nice additions too. Great stay in Santa Ana.”

“Great small property, the parking was tight but other than that it had nice clean rooms. We had no issues the neighborhood was quiet. We recommend, the host responded quickly to my questions and made sure we were okay and asked if we needed anything.”

“Cute little house for a two night stay. Kitchen was fully equipped, AC and heat worked great, comfortable beds with extra blankets, and the place was very clean and remodeled well and the backyard was large with plenty of seating. Only complaints were the bathroom was really small, you would not want to be a big guy on that toilet with how close to the tub it is. House was old and had kind of a funky musky smell especially in the hallway that leads to the bedrooms and bathroom, we tried to burn...
