“The property itself is lovely, well furnished and clean. Except, on arrival we discovered a dirty poo-covered pair of pants in one of the drawers in the bedroom. We had been sent a key code via email. On arriving in the absolute freezing cold late at night, we could not get in. There was no light so we were shining a torch whilst trying to line up the numbers on the key safe. It would not open. After 10 minutes of trying, I rang the emergency contact number but no one answered and I ended up...

“This character property was very spacious, well appointed with high quality fittings and had tasteful modern decor. It was very clean too. Nice and quiet, despite being near the airport. The beds and sofas are comfy and a generous size. The sofas are all very low though, so not suitable for older people or those with mobility issues. There were lots of boardgames in the house, modern TVs with Sky and a space invaders machine. We enjoyed our stay overall, but had a few snags, hence only 4...

“Stayed here with a group of 8 lads and it was exactly what we needed - Cheap, comfy and close to Leeds city centre (in a taxi). Beds were comfy and clean, we were provided towels which was a nice touch. Lounge had comfy sofa's as well as a nice size TV. Kitchen was fully kitted out with everything you need to cook and drink with. Bathroom was clean and also had shower gel to use. Overall, I'd say the house itself isn't in the nicest area of Leeds, however, we had no issues while we stayed...

“Fantastic location near train station and lots of bars/restaurants and shops. Check in efficient and friendly. Apartment very clean and spacious, with everything you would need. Only criticism is the rooms (including the bathroom) have very subdued lighting, which is lovely, other than you can’t see to get made up/do your hair etc. one bright light in front of a mirror would be really useful. Also not their fault but several large bottle bins are emptied in the early hours of the morning...

“The location is fabulous, the apartment is fantastic and amenities great. The beds were not great, very uncomfortable. They advertise luggage storage and before we checked in they stored our luggage and then took it to our room when the room was ready, that was awesome, but when we asked for luggage storage on our check out we were told we would have to pay. Staff were very friendly and helpful.”

“Fint & fräscht hotell, enkelt hotell men närheten till pubar, tågstation, gågata gör att vi gärna hade bott här igen. Trevlig & hjälpsam personal. Väldigt smidigt med närheten till tågstationen då det är mycket enkelt att ta sig med tåg överallt: flygplats och en dag åkte vi till York.”
