“I was shocked over how filthy and dirty it was everywhere! When i contacted the landlord over wet towel still left in tbe washer machine and also the fact it was an old used plaster inside the rim, i was met with nothing but, "you can just trow the towel in the bin and i can also come and show you how to use the washer machine", I was a bit gobsmacked. He continued saying that the cleaner had beennin a rush! But hed told me the day before that the room had been empty for 24 hrs... The room had...

“Beautiful place to stay in York! Extremely clean, and in a Goldilocks zone of being a quiet area and still a very walkable distance from the city centre!”

“Good location with parking, slight issue with the parking as you are given an allocated spot but upon arrival there was a vehicle already parked in the spot, quick phone call and instructions given to park elsewhere which was fine. Entry door system was hit and miss, didn’t work upon arrival but then on return did the same thing but it worked. Stayed in a 2 bedroom but only one bathroom so if you were not from the same family it might cause a few issues. ”

“Excellent site with great parking, accepts dogs into the pod and the costs of a one night stay we found very reasonable. Not many pod owners have just one night stays and that's why we stayed there. Give it a bash. ”

“The place was good and the on site staff were helpful but the overall experience from Hotels.com was terrible and made the whole trip unpleasant. The accommodation don’t answer the phone and Hotel.com have appalling customer service and just don’t care what happens after they take your money, they openly admit that they have NO complaints procedure and that they do not abide by Data Protection law. ”

4/10 Dåligt

"Terrible experience. Couldn’t sleep all night, because of the itchy bed. Same problem for stepmom in room number two the same night. Neighbour parking is a scam, stayed there 5 minutes and got a fine. No warning from the hotel. The standards is very old and worn down. Would never recommend anyone to stay here. Also, I was only met by arrogance when addressing the issues. If I could give a review with minus score I would."

"Otroligt centralt hotel mitt i Sheffields stadskärna. Trevlig och tillmötesgående personal. Mycket fint och tyst hotellrum, finns ingenting att klaga på. Toppen betyg på detta hotell. Kommer definitivt välja detta hotell igen om jag behöver bo på hotell när jag är i Sheffield och hälsar på familj. "

"Fantastiskt hotell med centralt läge nära tågstationen och allt runt omkring. Otroligt bra service och bemötande av personal. Vi åt på deras fine-dining restaurang "Legacy" som var "top-notch". i klass med Michelin stjärna restaurang. Bra spa med pool, vanlig pool, steam-bastu och vanlig bastu. Jättegod frukost med möjlighet att kunna beställa in olika frukosträtter som Egg Benedict mm. Hotellet hade allt, det enda som jag kunde sakna var en frisörsalong i hotellet, eller en salong som de hade samarbete med för bokning av frisering. "
