On our first night there which was a Friday night, we noticed our fridge wasn’t cooling and so we went the next morning to go to the front desk and they said they would send someone, they sent someone Saturday morning and he replaced the fridge but it still was not working. Sunday came around and we had to let the front desk know again that the fridge wasn’t working and they told us that none of the fridge is there actually work. Why would...

“The location is great, many restaurants and shopping available. The staff are very friendly and helpful. One staff member Keshonna White went well up and above to help me with a special problem. She spent 15-20 minutes helping me while checking in other hotel quests. GREAT JOB and many thanks to Keshonna.”

“The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable. The weekend we went there was a lot of kids at the hotel. They were running around and screaming uncontrollably which was a bit frustrating. The housecleaner cleaned our room but left dirty glasses and didn't restock the coffee area. The walls of the shower were slimy and didn't drain very well. “I booked Extended Stay because of location and an included breakfast, as was stated in Expedia. I was extremely disappointed to find out there was no real breakfast. It was coffee, a fake fruit stuffed granola bar or a mini muffin and you are only allowed 1 cup of coffee.
