An ideal place for a romantic getaway or intimate lodging stay with friends or family - not a good fit if you are looking to throw an all-night dance party or to play loud music around the clock. It is located in a rural neighborhood that offers a quiet and peaceful stay for you, your guests, and neighbors who live nearby.

You're ideally located in West Yucca. Enjoy coffee and lunch at Frontier Cafe or shop for the ultimate high desert souvenir at the cool shops nearby.

* Please be aware that parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited in this house. We prioritize the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of all our guests, as well as our neighbors. We kindly request that you respect this policy during your stay. Failure to do so, will result in a 500 USD fine for guests.

* Additionally, any late check-out beyond the 15-minute grace period will incur a 100 USD fee.

BEDROOMS
Two downstairs bedrooms are both outfitted with king-size beds, down alternative comforters, and cotton linens. The large loft suite has 2 queen beds.
Please note, other than the bathroom, the second floor is completely open so privacy is limited in that area, as with any typical Dome structure.

LIVING/DINING ROOM
The home’s open living space has comfortable seating and dining space for relaxing after a long day. Large picture window wall provides a view of the desert from the temperature-controlled comfort inside. Pop on a record and take a selfie
Early risers will enjoy spectacular sunrise from the expansive east facing windows and doors as the high desert comes to life.

Constructed by the original homeowners in 1984 and remodeled in 2021.

You will need a vehicle to get to and around the high desert area.

STARTER SUPPLIES PROVIDED:
Some dish soap, detergent, trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, and propane are provided. If you need additional supplies, they may be purchased at the nearby markets.

PETS:
The fee for up to two pets is $100 per stay. Pets that have been pre-screened are welcome for an extra fee, provided they are house-trained, stay off furniture, and avoid the pool area. Bringing a pet without permission may result in a fine of up to $1500 or forfeiture of the security deposit. We are unable to accommodate cats due to the owner's severe allergy. Appreciate your understanding!

KIDS
Although small children are welcome and loved, this property may not be a great fit. The house is not child proofed so please keep that in mind when booking.

CLEANING FOR LONGER STAYS
We require professional cleaning every two weeks at a fee of $350 per.

CHECK OUT CHECKLIST
- Load and run the dishwasher an hour before departing. Please clean anything that doesn't fit.
- Return all indoor and outdoor furniture to their homes.
- Dispose of all trash in the bins provided.
- Turn off all lights.
- Lock all doors and windows.

FENCES
There is a gated, chain link fence surrounding the entire property.

SECURITY CAMERAS & NOISE MONITORING
Outdoor Surveillance cameras are located at all entry points for your safety and security. Also, noise monitors are installed to ensure decent decibel levels are maintained. Please ask the host if you have questions or concerns.

We kindly request that you respect this policy during your stay. Failure to do so, will result in a $500 fine for guests.

◦ Authorized early check-in and late check-out are available at $50 per hour

◦ Additionally, any unauthorized late check-out beyond the 15-minute grace period will incur a $100 fee

◦ Items left behind will incur a minimum return shipping fee of $50, depending on the shipping address

* ADDITIONALLY: Our record player is no longer available in the house.

* Hot Tub Use: Please avoid using the hot tub immediately after it’s been serviced, as chemical levels are temporarily elevated. We have weekly pool cleanings, this day may fall on your stay and your cooperation will keep the hot tub clean and balanced at all times.
Please rinse off any oils, lotions, or substances before entering the spa, as these can affect water quality and cause discoloration.
No drinking in the hot tub, please.
Be sure to keep the cover on when not in use, especially since we're in the desert and debris can easily get into the water.
Any misuse of the hot tub may result in an additional charge for extra maintenance.
