I would not recommend this unit for seniors: there were multiple raised door jams, raised hearth; the shower floors were slick and no hand grabs; the two sofas were covered with cheap throw ons which we could have lived with except there was no place to read: no lighting, no place for a light; the old-fashioned push in burners on the kitchen stove did not fit (oil in pans listed to one side, cooking difficult) Took us three days to figure out...
