"We originally booked The Z Hotel, expecting to stay at the beautiful beachfront property with its stunning views, pool, restaurant, and gym. However, upon arrival, we were informed that we had been placed at The Z2 Hotel, a newly opened sister property located just behind The Z Hotel. While Z2 is modern and clean, it lacks the charm, atmosphere, and convenience of the original Z Hotel. What disappointed us most was that nowhere in the booking process or confirmation was it mentioned that Z2 even exists, or that we could be placed there instead of the hotel we actually chose. Guests at Z2 are allowed to use the pool at The Z Hotel, but you have to walk back and forth between the two buildings. Also, Z2 guests are not allowed to have breakfast at The Z Hotel, which added to the feeling of being separated or downgraded. Another important point, there is no elevator in the building. Considering the relatively high price, the overall experience did not feel worth the cost. If we had been clearly informed about the existence of Z2 and what it offered we would probably have made a different booking. As it stands, we felt misled, and that we didn’t get the value or experience we paid for. The Z Hotel itself is lovely with a great vibe, just make sure you know exactly where you’re staying. Z2 may suit some, but it’s a very different experience than staying at the original property. The gym at the Z hotel is great and well equipped with a nice view."

"Staff was friendly, the food was okay, besides the ceasar salad that was sub par. Hotel shop had expired products (should really review the stock) bought a pepsi that was expired 6 months ago. The pool area was nice, but the water in the pool felt dirty, even though just being cleaned. Would also be transparant to mention that the hotel is just NeXT to a mosque, that kept us awake all night due to non stop activity. "

"We stayed here for four nights and decided to have only breakfast include so we could try different restaurants around for the other meals. The breakfast assortment was big and pretty decent. The room was spacious but we could see it was a bit old and very used. The staff was always nice and available for every necessity."

"Hotellet ligger direkt vid havet och rum med havsutsikt rekommenderas. Branta stentrappor leder ner till vattnet från en privat liten strand vid hotellpoolen dit inga strandförsäljare får komma. Det går att bada i havet både vid hög- och lågvatten. Mycket trevlig personal och bra service. Genomgående renligt och hög standard, även om vi hade vissa problem på rummet som fick åtgärdas. Något höga priser i restaurangen jämfört med närliggande platser på stranden. Kan sammantaget verkligen rekommenderas!"
