Hotel as expected, taxi service a scam
"Hotel was as expected. I ordered a taxi in the reception. I got a price before I entered the car. At the airport the price was 50% higher. Main problem was that the drive refused to give me any kind of receipt and as it was a business trip this gives me extra problems to hand in my experience ..."

"The rooms are good but their service is poor. Charging $700 per night, they don't even replenish the items in the room on daily basis - coffe pods, shampoo, other basic things. Reception staff does not speak or understand English which was very difficult to us to communicate"

"We arrived late (@11pm) by car. We were tired, hungry, and just plain worn out! As soon as we arrived we were immediately helped with luggage and shown to our room. The kitchen had already closed but the manager made us a plate with bread, olives, and salad with a bottle of wine! It was fantastic! ..."

"We had to stay one night in Ourzozate in our way to Marakech. Badr was the reception and he is nice and helpful in any ways. He did his best to make our stay great. The apartment is in great condition and a cafe next to it. We had dinner and breakfast over there. We enjoyed our meals."
