“Unfortunately, this was a very frustrating stay for us. It was incredibly hot and the air conditioning was not working. I also had made a specific requests regarding allergies to down feathers, which were not followed. It was incredibly difficult to connect with someone and get the help that we needed. The check in process was also quite extensive & difficult, including another twenty five dollar fee that was not previously disclosed. I don't understand why I should have to give my photo IDand...

“The staff was SO amazing and accommodating!!! We had to evacuate a through hike, on Mount Hood, due to a storm. We came in soaking wet, freezing and pretty miserable. The staff were so friendly, immediately offered a hot beverage, clean robes, laundry detergent to clean our clothes. They went over and beyond. The suite was more than what we had expected. Loved the property.”

“What an amazing little hidden gem in a sweet little town in Oregon! It had a fully stocked kitchen, free coffee, plenty of towels, a full deck, a huge BBQ pit, and the most comfortable bed I've slept in in years! It was immaculate! So super clean! They provided earplugs and a sound machine, I assume to help you sleep through any noises from the road, but none of that was needed because it was so peaceful and dead silent all around us. We are definitely putting this sweet little motel on our list...
