In addition to Imotski and Makarska, for day trips we recommend a tour of historic towns under UNESCO protection Split, Trogir, Dubrovnik and Omis and the National Nature Park Biokovo which is to be seen in the distance fro the estate. Near the property there are several restaurants, shops, a pizzeria with a wood oven, a bakery, there is a possibility for small and large football, rafting and fishing.
Due to its location in a quiet rural setting this property is ideal for a family type holiday guests with children and it is not suitable for younger groups or party groups.
The property includes a large pool of 85m2, of which 9m2 are adapted as a pool for children. On the plot prevails luxurious Mediterranean horticulture with hundreds of years old olive trees, palm trees, magnolias, lavender and so on as well as a multitude of carved stone details such as rare large stone table with chairs for dining with accompanying bar and stone bar stools, barbecue, fountains and sculptures. There are several terraces in the villa where guests can enjoy the view and relax.

Just across the two villas (the haciendas) guests can use a third (extra) facility with parking lots and garages with 20 bicycles that are ideal for cycling lovers since there is a beautiful river just about 100 meters from the property with numerous cycle paths running along. Both villas have the top two floors connected by an internal communication, while the three separate units at the ground floor have separate entrances. The richly decorated interiors are made of hand-hewn stone, old mortar, Roman brick and hand-carved wood and furnished with restored antique furniture from the 18th and 19th centuries. Beds with their short dimensions out of this period are especially restored and prolonged by today's highest standards. Each villa has one large room for a common room, one of which is associated with a wine cellar. In one of the villas lies a large fitness room with whirlpool, sauna and changing rooms with showers. In several activity rooms, guests can relax by playing in one of the three pianos, or have fun with 2 billiards, table tennis, darts, table football, table hockey, a game console, and the use of free and unlimited Wi-Fi with signal covering the entire property. In the yard is a playground with a sandbox where there is a multitude of children's content for the youngest guests.The special microclimate of the area along the river and wide stone walls of the villa enable pleasant vacation with summer heat during the day and the pleasant night temperatures without any major need to use (existing) air conditioning. Each room has air conditioning (heating/cooling).
The owner of the estate lives very close (100m) that is always available to the guests for any service or information they might need. It is a tradition that he prepares a welcoming meal to the guests on the day of their arrival, as well as introduces them to the owners of three nearby restaurants which deliver food to the estate ( all three of them are only 100-500m far from the estate). Also, there is a bakery nearby (24/7) where guests can buy pizza from bread oven, fresh bread and cakes. Big grocery stores (Lidl, Konzum,..) are located a little bit further (1-3km).
