Vi hade en mycket trevlig vistelse på hotellet. Personalen var vänlig och hjälpsam, rummen var rena och bekväma, och läget var bra. Frukosten var god och det fanns ett bra utbud. Vi är nöjda med vår vistelse och kan rekommendera hotellet till andra som besöker Kreta. Men hotellet inte nära stranden.

I genuinely don’t understand how this is presented as a five star hotel. The staff were generally lovely and the location by the sea is great, but the overall product feels extremely dated and heavily cost cut. The biggest disappointment was the all inclusive. Food was extremely repetitive, bland and felt cheap and mass produced. Breakfast was basically identical every day, bread was often dry, the snack bar was mostly different forms of bread and desserts were mainly similar mousses and soft cakes. I actually chose to pay to eat elsewhere despite having all inclusive. Drinks were also disappointing, with watery soft drinks, cheap plastic cups and poor cocktails. The room and facilities didn’t feel five star either. There was stained and damaged furniture, a taped and poorly functioning hairdryer, staining in the sink, visible buildup around ventilation and exposed TV cables. The gym and locker room were incredibly dated, pool loungers were worn and one afternoon they even ran out of pool towels. What makes it worse is that I stayed at a cheaper four star boutique hotel nearby immediately before this and it felt significantly more premium. The staff and location are the saving grace, but if you’re booking based on the five star rating and photos expecting luxury, seriously manage your expectations. I would not stay here again.
