Very big hotel. Both nice and staff that does not speak to you. I will not recommend it bacause of its size. To many random events going on in the buildings. For big families it might be a good option.

Check in was great by Sulli and we were upgraded to a suite at no extra cost which was fantastic.
We received great info about trips to Sapa and Ninh Binh from Jimmi the general manager and the 2 trips/ transport were well organised and efficient. The location of the hotel was right in the old quarter so perfect for exploring in every direction.
We were upgraded on our return from our Sapa trip again... A great stay... oh and the breakfast options were great. Thank you Royal palace.
