“Over the stay was fine. Beds were comfortable, and lots of space for a family of 3. Loved the location, easy to feel like a local, lots of cafes and close to the metro. Host was very quick with communication. The shower and bathroom needs some cleaning or renovation work, lots of mold build up in the shower and around the bathroom. Shower also didn't drain properly. Property itself was very damp, so likely contributed to the mold growth. Also found some areas a bit dusty, dirty, or just not...

“The apartment itself was very fine. Hostnfly, the concierge in charge of unit was totally unresponsive. The advertised clothes washer leaked on the first day of our stay, and despite phone calls and e-mails, their only response in the two week stay was that they were waiting to hear from someone to fix it. “When we arrived, the property had not been cleaned from the previous stay, although the owner sent someone around within the next hour. there is lots of water damage around the property and noticeable damp and mugginess. We were unable to turn the downstairs heating off, and it was very warm. The property is in an overall great location, 20 min walk from Gare du Nord and 10-minute walk to central Montmartre and the metro. ”

“This was in a great location. It was very nice and well kept. Comfortable accommodations and very walkable the most popular locations. Only one small hiccup when checking in as you have to call the call box to be let in and no one was answering the phone.
