I was on ground floor and I heard these loud weird noises that sounded like machine type noises that were banging and very loud and went off every 5 minutes during the day. The staff were barely sitting in the reception at all you had to ring the bell to get help. Also, the WiFi was the worst. It kept going out every once in a while.
