Den övre våningen balkong och grillplats är den perfekta platsen att titta på solnedgången efter en kort promenad till stranden via privat tillgång till vandringsleder. Fastigheten är också en kort 5 minuters bilresa till hjärtat av McLaren Vale där du kan uppleva South Australia världsklass vin region.

Strandhuset är det perfekta stället för underhållande med ett välutrustat kök med mikrovågsugn, ugn, spis och kyl / frys med inbyggd ismaskin. Övervåningen balkongen har gott om sittplatser utomhus och en Weber Family Q BBQ. Inkluderat är grundläggande frukostbestämmelser-te, kaffe, mjölk, spannmål, bröd och spreads. Inuti huset hittar du moderna möbler och stora sovrum inklusive ett bubbelbad i ensuite angränsande sovrummet och går i klädnader / inbyggda garderober. Den övre våningen har en 55 "UHD-TV med tillgång till Netflix och Chromecast. Wifi är tillgänglig för alla gäster. Nedre våningen kommer gästerna ha tillgång till säker parkering i dubbelgaraget och tvättmöjligheter inklusive tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Den nedre vardagsrummet ger ett vardagligt utrymme med havsutsikt och bäddsoffa som leder till uteplats och gräsyta. Ta det fantastiska landskapet medan du kopplar av i en solstol eller tar en kort promenad till Moana Beach via privat tillgång till vandringsleder. Moana är en säker familjevänlig badstrand med tillgång till fordon och Surf Life Saving club.

We had a wonderful stay. The property is spacious, comfortable, very clean and the location was perfect as we were close to everything the area has to offer (wineries. markets, beaches, restaurants and so much more). The view across the ocean and the beautiful sunsets were magnificent. All rooms are decorated nicely and the kitchen is well set up and includes everything needed for self-catering. Jess and Ty are great hosts and their communication with us was faultless.We highly recommend this property and would love to stay again when we next visit the area.

This property went over and beyond our expectations.It was in a perfect location for us to enjoy the magnificent sunsets, go for walks along the many walking tracks in the area and the beach-front.Lots of beautiful cafes and vineyards within walking and nearby drving distances.Clean and welcoming with fresh bread & breakfast cereals. coffee pods, and wine on arrival. The host was always available to answer any questions we had.We would happily recommend this home for families to stay and enjoy the spacious two story home with plenty of room to spread out.

Whilst this wasn’t the property we had selected from Stayz website (there was a system glitch when we hit the link to book. This one we ended up with was on the same street and had a very similar name and price) we were pleasantly surprised. Both have wonderful sea views and quite modern well appointed and clean. The owners were extremely accommodating and helpful. The only difference between the 2 properties was one has 3 bedrooms and a futon that converted into an extra bed whereas the other property we thought we booked had 5 bedrooms. We ended up with a nice house anyway and Stayz were helpful to find a suitable resolution.

See the sea

This beach house was ideal for our family group of 3 couples and a teenager. The main criteria for the birthday girl was an uninterrupted view of the ocean and the view from the living area and deck did not disappoint. We were an easy distance to takeaway and dine in food and the beach. A big highlight was the costal path walk towards Aldinga Beach - just stunning and the reveal to the name of Ochre Point was enlightening. The house was modern, well presented and stocked with provisions. The property managers were always prompt to answer questions and we’d go back for another stay if the opportunity arises.

The property is stunningly situated atop a cliff with breathtaking ocean views and spectacular sunsets. It's spacious, clean, and conveniently located near shopping centers. Jess and Ty were incredibly accommodating and responsive. I highly recommend staying at their property for your next visit.

Warm & comfy winter weather stay

Beautiful views of the oceam greet you as you reach the first floor of this comfortable two-storey home. The high quality amenities are a-plenty and the heating is most efficient, so despite the blustery weather outside, we were warm & comfy. Additionally the hosts are friendly and approachable. A great short break by the beach!

Highly recommended

A bright, modern property with great ocean views. 15 minute walk to the beach. Well equipped kitchen and a BBQ in the veranda. A Bluetooth speaker would be a welcome addition (nothing to play music on) as well as some lighter weight bedding (doonas and warm nights don’t make for a good sleep).

Moana

The house is wonderfully located over looking the bluffs. Great views in the the morning and lovely sunsets in the evenings. The house is a well maintained and the hosts are fantastic, taking care of the basics before our arrival. It is these little details that matter. The location is great for morning or evening walks across the bluff or down to the beach. For the wine lovers, easy and convenient access to both McClaren Valley and Barossa Valley. We really enjoyed our time.

Can't fault the property and location. Great for accessing McLaren Vale and a bunch of great cafes on the coast. Easy check in, very clean and all rooms are well sized. You'll spend plenty of time looking at the view from the balcony.

Perfect holiday house

My family had a wonderful holiday in Adelaide. Ochre Point Beach House was perfect as we had family members from 3 generations staying together. There was plenty of space for 8 people. Ochre Point Beach House was in a great location and we enjoyed many afternoons watching the sunset on the balcony, as well as exploring the walking track and beach just outside the back door. Jess and Tyrone were fabulous hosts. They responded promptly to messages and made our stay extremely comfortable. I highly recommend Ochre Point Beach House for a holiday on Adelaide.

Dolphins, Views and Comfort!

Superb location, a short drive to the heart of McLaren Vale- days filled with great wine, followed by a swim at the beach. Extremely comfortable for six adults, with great provisions and amenities provided. The most impressive part of this property were the spectacular and expansive ocean views, sitting out on the balcony at anytime of the day spotting the numerous dolphins at play was priceless.
