“Better than expected”

“Excellent room and good service”

“This property is poorly maintained. Dirty bed linen uncleaned bathroom fixtures. Overall stay away unkess you like an unkept space.”

“Rất tuyệt vời, tốt nhất trong khu vực”

“unfortunately, they do not have housekeeping services unless you specially request for your towels to be changed. The room was quite small but i guess it is also the price you pay for it....”

“Staff was very helpful and accommodating”

“The hotel was terrible, a waste of money. The room was filthy, the bathroom was dirty, the bedsheets were messy, and there were condom wrappers and sanitary napkin wrappers in the bedside drawers. The room was unremarkable. The receptionist said they had sold the deluxe room to an hourly guest and would arrange a different room for me, and that I would be moved to a different room that evening. Utter nonsense! ”

“Fantastiskt! Utmärkt läge i Hanoi”

“It was a room without a window so I felt a bit creepy.”
