“Good location, good staff”

“Fantastiskt! Utmärkt läge i Hanoi”

“Fantastiskt hjälpsam personal, en härlig takterrass för en avslutande kvällscocktail. Vi fick bra rekommendationer på fina restauranger i området på lagom gångavstånd.”

“This was an amazing experience! Room, Breakfast and pool area top notch. Only disappointed that the pool area restaurant hadn’t opened yet.”

Men kort sagt, mycket trevligt...

“We took a 2 day 1 night cruise with Stellar of the Seas. The crew and service were outstanding. Boo and Tin were very attentive. They made our trip even more memorable. We had a great time aboard the cruise. And the bonus point is they have shuttle to pick you up and drop you off in Hanoi, which makes thing a lot easier. You can start relaxing the moment you hop on the shuttle. We will be back again.”

“Can highly recommend this hotel! Everything was perfect - the room, breakfast, location. But most impressive, the amazing staff and their service. They are also really good with kids. We would happily return! ”

“It was a room without a window so I felt a bit creepy.”

“This hotel was okay for a one-night stay. It didn’t really look like the pictures, and I would have been quite disappointed if we had stayed longer. However, for just one night, it was fine. The staff was very friendly, and the location was good.”

“We had some room charges for food and spa. We signed the receipt which included taxes and service fees for each right after them. When we checked out, these were included in our room charges, and then taxes and fees were added again. Tax on taxes? Service fees on service fees? I insisted they be removed and they did so reluctantly. I wonder how many others noticed this ?”

“Ett superhotell på alla sätt och vis. Bra frukostbuffé, men förutom buffen finns en liten meny med bland annat våfflor och Pho som man kan beställa från. Personalen är hotellets största styrka, hjälper en gärna med allt man frågar om.”

“A fantastic hotel experience in Hanoi We had a wonderful stay at Lucien Hanoi Lakeside Hotel & Rooftop. The hotel offered a beautiful view, great comfort, and very nice rooms. Everything felt fresh, comfortable, and well taken care of, but what truly made our stay special was the exceptional service. The staff went far beyond what we could have expected. They were welcoming, attentive, helpful, and genuinely caring throughout our entire stay. A special thank you to Luu Trang, who made our...

“We stayed at the hotel for 5 nights and everything was spotless!! Recommend it!!”

“Very helpful staff and a quick check-in. Room was a bit worn but clean with good beds. “Internal window” is for good and for bad. Not disturbed by the intense traffic outside but a bit boring. If you just are in your room for sleep it’s no problem. ”

“This hotel was in a great location as it was right in the middle of the hustle and bustle and within easy walking distance of everything. Only downside of that of course is it is very noisy. Staff were phenomenal and couldnt do enough for us. Breakfast had a great selection. The rooms were nice and spacious and well accommodated our family of four. Would definitely recommend staying here...just bring ear plugs though if you are a light sleeper.”
